LG Park Hotel

For a short, economical stay, Hotel LG Park was decent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, with a mini fridge, hot water kettle, and dependable hot water. The location also has a ground floor bar and restaurant, which may be convenient for solo or male travelers but not ideal for families. There’s a spa too, for an extra charge. The password entry system made me uneasy: there’s no extra latch or manual lock inside the room, so anyone who knows the password could potentially get in. Women and families might feel especially uncomfortable with that. Management should add better room security.

The place felt unsafe and unpleasant for families, especially with the Bar and Restaurant as part of the Hotel. They gave the room I had booked to someone else, then denied my MakeMyTrip booking. Very unprofessional and shady.

It’s on the highway, so the location is convenient. There’s an MRP counter and restaurant on the ground floor. Service was okay and the rooms were good, though not well maintained. My overall experience was good, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The hotel and bathroom were very clean, and the rooms were comfortable, though small and nicely decorated. Staff behaved well, and the approach was good. The lift worked around the clock, and even at 2.00 AM someone was awake at reception and gave me water. Restaurant and bar service was very good. Room controls were less convenient: the TV only had free DD Chennal, the AC remote didn't work so I couldn't adjust the temperature, and the fan speed switch was broken.
