The staff were polite and warm, and that’s why I’m giving two stars. Cleanliness was poor throughout: the reception sofa was extremely dirty, the lift was so grimy you wouldn’t want to step in, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I took a photo of the water closet right at check-in. The sheets and beds were good quality, but the linen looked like it had been reused without washing. I booked through goibibo with breakfast included. That meant four pieces of kachori with sabji brought to the room. It tasted delicious, but don’t expect other choices. There was a TV, but no remote, and although I asked at reception, it never arrived before checkout. Without Google Maps, finding the hotel is difficult. With it, search OYO Flagship 12975 and it marks the location correctly.

Pathetic, don’t waste your money or mood. The reception staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t even answer the phone at the desk. The geyser didn’t work, nobody helped carry luggage to the room, and there was no water provided in the room. They didn’t give me a bill and said OYO was responsible for it. I saw many guests waiting outside the hotel and reception because check-in wasn’t happening on time.

For such an affordable price, I couldn’t have asked for better. The staff were helpful and professional, and room service was beyond excellent. The TV, AC, power sockets, Wi-Fi, security, and everything else were top-notch. They even provide iron lockers in the rooms, though I doubt you’ll need them. Highly recommended.

The staff were very nice, and the food was good and hygienic. My room was average by my standards, but okay, though it could use more cleaning and a few repairs. Otherwise, the experience was very impressive.
