The Soni Otel

Two years ago this was a good hotel. My stay was pleasant and the rooms comfortable, but the service still isn't up to the mark. 😊 🏨

I'm writing this while still here with a kid and a toddler, so adjusting can be tough. The staff's sincere, supportive attitude has made it easier, and room service has been awesome. The food is delicious, though a little expensive. We can manage the cost for the kids, so I'm satisfied with the rate. I'd recommend The soni'otel to families visiting calcutta.

The meal plan was terrible, with potatoes served in every meal, and the service from Manager Mr. Sourabh datta and receptionist mr. Rajiv sarkar was very poor. They refused to give me drinking RO water and tried to force me to follow rules they couldn't provide in writing. They don't respect customers. I've read your reply, but Google policy won't let me answer it there. From what you said, I understand you won't change this bad attitude and toxic behavior. Sourabh datta told me they didn't care and that he didn't need my signature. You can check the reception video recording. For my laundry, you can send it by courier; you already have my address in your system.

They cook each dish fresh, which is good, though it means you have to wait for the food. It tastes good, the staff are cordial, and given where the restaurant is, it's the best in the area.
