The location is a real plus, with a metro station nearby and transport still available at night. It's a budget hotel with a restaurant, and the rooms are kept clean. The bathrooms have been recently modified. Just keep your expectations in check: the furniture, beds and bathroom setup are basic rather than star-hotel standard. Still, it seems well maintained for guests.
We didn't stay long. Friends had booked three double rooms with good intentions, but within five minutes we saw at least 15 bedbugs crawling on the beds, floor and walls. We left right away in the middle of the night. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic.
There wasn't even water or toiletries provided, and the lift seemed to be out of order most of the time. The rooms were dirty and full of mosquitoes, and the staff weren't courteous either. It was a bad experience.
The staff are really helpful and willing to cooperate. Just don't count on getting a properly air-conditioned room. If you're new to Hyderabad and only need somewhere to sleep and use the bathroom, especially in winter or spring, it might do.
Hot water wasn't available, though the staff behaved well. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and there's a lift. Book online and breakfast is included.
