The hotel itself is decent, though it doesn't have many amenities and may only suit some people. My warning is about OYO: several hotels I encountered weren't actually partnered with them, yet OYO still let me book and took payment. When a booking failed, I couldn't get the money back. I think OYO is running a fraud.
The room photos on Google map and the Oyo website didn't match what I found. This wasn't really a hotel, more like a cheap lodge, and the place felt harsh and looked like a Red light area building. It was filthy and unhygienic, with rude staff who seemed illiterate and had no common sense. I booked a room with an attached bathroom, but they gave me one with a shared bathroom. Oyo didn't seem to care either, even though the property was on its flagship. I regret booking here and ask others to stay away. Please shut the place or remove it from Oyo flagship and other booking websites.
I stayed one night at this beautiful place near Charminar, Hyderabad. Everything was good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The only issue was that the shower wasn't fitted properly, so check it. Otherwise, all good. Shukriya, uncle ❤️
Don't trust the posted photos. The room was awful, there wasn't a proper reception, and nobody answered questions properly. I wouldn't bring my family here. They also never refunded my money, so it was a total waste. Don't trust "Spot on" hotels around you or anywhere.
The rooms are on the second floor, with no lift, and nobody gave customers proper directions. I had the worst stay and the hotel management showed terrible hospitality. Please don't visit.
