Even after we told the staff directly, nobody cleaned our room. The cleanliness was poor, and the service was so bad I wouldn't give it one star. Don't pick this hotel if you want a decent stay.

On April 28, at around 3 AM, I was harassed along with a female guest, and the police were brought in to make us leave. We'd already paid for two days, but they still put us out after taking the money. They first accept bookings, then ask for more cash when you arrive. It felt threatening and abusive, and the whole setup seems like a scam. Stay away and spare yourself the stress.

The room looked nothing like the photos. We couldn't open the windows for air, and it was dirty, with lots of cockroaches. The bed cover and couch hadn't been cleaned properly either. The AC remote barely worked, and the TV remote was broken. We got no towels or toiletries. There wasn't any water in the room, and when we asked, they charged another 30 rupees. The plates and cutlery we requested were smelly and unwashed, and there were no bowls or spoons. At check-in, the receptionist charged us 3,100 rupees even though we'd paid a 1,077-rupee advance online, and the app showed 2,500 for two nights.

FabHotel was a terrible choice. I paid online, then was asked for another 2,000 when I went to check in. Please don't book through FabHotel.

Total waste of money. They asked me for extra money after I got there, and the receptionist was really rude. I'd give it zero stars.
