Blueberry Service Apartments

There are rats in the rooms, and the place is poorly maintained. We met the founders, who were extremely rude and unprofessional both on calls and in person. Their communication skills were clearly lacking. I don’t recommend using their services at all.

I paid the full amount well ahead of Diwali to book Blueberry Apartments, but the owners and staff messed up my reservation when I arrived to check in. That was unacceptable and completely disappointing. I’m very frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. Plenty of other businesses serve customers much better, so avoid this place at all costs.

The location was great, close to groceries and those famous Hyderabad chains, and the place was quiet and good for families. Virender, the caretaker, was quick to help. Still, it didn’t feel worth the money. The place needs a makeover, especially the beds and bathrooms. I wasn’t happy with Micky, the coordinator, because things like a drying rack and kid’s bed all cost extra. The final payment wasn’t even acknowledged. I wouldn’t recommend it at this price, with other 3-4 star places around. Maybe an upgrade would make it worthwhile.

I’d come from dubai to blue berry apartment, and only visited because my friend’s friends referred me. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have gone to a place like this. It was just a piece of cake for me.
