For ₹1600 a night, the non-AC room was nowhere near worth the price. It didn’t seem worth even ₹300, and the hotel looked like it hadn’t been renovated since opening. The room smelled bad, the bins hadn’t been emptied, and there were lots of small insects inside. It seemed they simply gave the same room to the next guest without cleaning it after checkout. Hygiene was awful, and the TV didn’t work. I didn’t feel it was safe for families. Staff were careless and unprofessional. They didn’t provide towels or soap even when I asked. This was a very disappointing and upsetting stay. I strongly recommend not booking here at any cost.

You can clearly see the bed springs, and when I asked for a different room, they refused to change it or refund the money. The stay was uncomfortable from the start. Don’t book a room here.

The room wasn’t clean, and they didn’t clean it between guests after checkout. The hotel appears not to have been renovated since it opened. I paid Rs.1000 per night for a Non Ac room that wasn’t worth even Rs.300. I was very upset with the room.

The bed bugs were so bad that I left early. The rooms aren’t good.

The room smelled, and the bath water was black. The TV didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the lift wasn’t working properly either. Staff didn’t respond to complaints. Terrible service and a worst experience.
