We stayed as a family for four days, and I was satisfied. The rooms are clean and neat, with decent living space, around 14x14, an almirah and a clean washroom. Water and power are available 24 hours, and hospitality was good. There's no in-house dining, but plenty of restaurants, fast food and tiffin centres are right nearby. Metro and transport access are good too, about 300 metres on foot. Good value for the money, as long as you aren't expecting the luxury or ambience of a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel.

Good services from the hotel management, and the main amenities are all here. Had a great stay.

The property was in terrible, unhygienic condition when I checked in, despite the positive booking.com reviews. I checked out straight away and asked for a refund. They told me booking.com would issue it, but more than a month has passed and it still hasn't been processed. Every time I contact them, I just get excuses.

After more than 70 years of travelling, this was easily one of my worst experiences. Odd rules and rude behavior, plus more besides. I’d avoid this place, and any OYO hotels if you can. OYO's lousy system seems to keep going at the expense of traveller convenience and comfort.
