After driving for 5 hours, we reached the accommodation at 12:30 in the midnight. The person at reception wouldn’t honor our online OYO booking and demanded a new booking at a much higher price. There was no lift, and they gave us a room on the 4th floor. I’ll never use OYO to book accommodation again, and I won’t recommend this property to anyone.

The team gave no proper response, and maintenance was poor. The taps didn’t work, there was no hot water or TV facility, and no lift facility either. People booking online get bad rooms and are asked for extra payments. Don’t trust the 5 star rating. It’s just for AC people who paid 1500 to 2k.

It was a very bad experience, not a pleasant stay at all. The rooms were untidy, and even water bottles weren’t complimentary. I booked an early check-in, which the manager confirmed over the phone, but when I arrived he denied it upfront.

The room was average, and hygiene needs attention. One of the cots had roaches under the bed, and there was no lift.

The staff were helpful, and the room was spacious, about 14 by 14, with an attached bathroom. I paid 700 through Oyo, then was asked for another 200 for early check-in. For 700, it was a decent stay overall.
