I visited on 20th nov 2025 and left the rooms straight away. They were extremely dirty, with sheets covered in spots, the sort you see at OYO places. There were no proper locks, and a room could be opened from outside. The receptionist told me, "yaha chori nahi hota, all you bags you can keep here at reception". Imagine booking through OYO and getting a dirty, insecure room. OYO said I had to contact the property. Looking at its condition, I wouldn’t stay there for even a minute. I contacted Oyo rooms to ask for a refund, but they only replied, "sorry sir we can't refund". Be careful before booking, and stay away if you don’t want trouble.

The only reason I booked was that it was close to my workplace. I asked to switch rooms, but they refused. I cried as soon as I walked in. The whole place felt like a nightmare. There was no lock on the room, though they said it was secure and told me not to worry. Water from the AC flooded the room, and there was no health facet. The entire restroom was toilet. Housekeeping wasn’t proper, and the sheets were stained, so you might want Blinkit to order fresh bedspreads. There was no TV, and the AC stayed at one temperature with no remote. Thank you to everyone at reception. Please avoid this place if you can, or come for a bad experience.

The location is really bad, and the room looked nothing like the online pictures. There were loads of mosquitoes and no facilities, and it’s not suitable for families. If you’re alone and just need a cheap room for one night, it might be okay. The OYO service was terrible, with no TV, beds or wifi. A waste of money.

I booked two days, Nov 7-9 2024, and called reception to say I’d arrive around 1-2 AM on Nov 8 and pay at the hotel. When I checked in at 1.50 AM, I showed my booking ID and stay length and said I’d leave at 5 AM the next morning, Nov 9. The booking showed Rs.1748. Another staff member, who seemed to handle room maintenance, said it was only a one-night stay and told me to cancel and pay Rs.1000. Since I was arriving late and leaving early, I paid what they asked. While I was asleep, the same room maintenance person woke me at 6.30 AM Nov 8, shouting that I’d booked two days but paid only Rs.1000 and that the owner said it was too little. I went to reception and explained that I’d shown them the booking details and amount, and they had told me to cancel and pay Rs.1000. They returned that Rs.1000 and asked me to pay Rs.1748 through an OYO scanner instead. The staff handled it very badly.

This was literally the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. I can’t explain it all, so I’ll share photos. They didn’t even have water bottle service available. What more can I say?
