There was no mobile service for any SIM, including Airtel, jio, and idea, though the fast WiFi helped somewhat. Otherwise, I liked the hotel: it was affordable, the rooms were surprisingly neat and clean, and room service was very good.

I booked for one day and spent the whole stay without water. The entire hotel had none apart from some drinking water. Requests and complaints got nowhere, and OYO couldn’t resolve it either. Management was careless and irresponsible, just blaming the tanker company instead of arranging anything. I had a terrible experience. If you’re considering this hotel, avoid it and book Oyo Rama Excellency on the next street, which is much better.
The rooms are very good, but the surroundings are crowded with men’s PG hostels and don’t feel suitable for families. It seems better for bachelors. The area’s very high population density also makes mobile reception poor.
The rooms are fine for a budget hotel, but service is slow, there’s no mobile network, and a sewage pipe burst. The neighborhood is full of PGs, so female family members may feel uncomfortable. For bachelors, though, it’s thumbs up.
I paid the same price as my friend, but she booked directly with the hotel and got a good room while my prepaid booking got the worst one. The sheets smelled of cigarettes, the washbasin was clogged, and the tiny room was poorly maintained, with the bed almost blocking both the main and bathroom doors. It was also hard to find, and the signal in the area was terrible. I’d never choose this OYO for a family. The room was awful for the price.
