The receptionist said my security deposit would be returned at checkout, but then didn’t honor that promise, and I felt scammed. The rooms had cockroaches and lacked basic amenities, including room service and a working geyser. My stay was a complete disappointment. The conditions were appalling and the staff untrustworthy. Avoid this hotel.

They demand the full amount at check-in, and if you pay only part, they keep asking for the rest. The receptionist's behavior was very rude, and the service was poor despite the high price. There was no cleaning and no wifi. The AC, TV, and hot water weren’t working at all. The worst hotel in Hyderabad.

Cigarette smoke and butts were everywhere, and the staff weren't helpful. The rooms were filthy. There was an AC and a fridge, but they seemed to be there for show. They didn't even have water bottles or bath soap. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

We paid the full rate, 2,200 rupees per day, and had a terrible stay. The rooms were dark, unventilated and dirty, with a grimy bathroom and walls. They didn't replace the bathroom mat, either. The receptionist talked the place up, but none of what they said proved true. The phone didn't work, so we couldn't call the staff as promised. There was no hot water during the stated 5 to 9 a.m. window; they brought us a heater instead. We parked where staff told us to, but found our vehicle out on the road the next morning. A very bad experience. We wasted our money on even one day here. Read reviews before booking this awful hotel.
