Water only started running after I asked them to turn on the pump, and then it was available for all three days. There was no hot water for bathing either. The bed sheet they gave us instead of a blanket wasn't clean. Neither the room nor the washroom had been cleaned, and the hotel has been set up in 2 bhk flats. Pathetic, in a word. One of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in.
10/10
It was quiet all night with no disturbance, and the room was clean and neat. I paid 1300 for one night, which seemed reasonable. You can order food through the hotel and have it there.
10/10
The stay was comfortable and reasonably priced, with security in place. The staff's behavior was fantastic, and room service was very quick.
2/10
The lift was a joke, with a height limit that seemed suitable only for people 5 feet tall. There were problems throughout the stay: everything was dirty, the toilet water stopped at night because the hotel didn't run the pump, and neither the door lock nor the geyser worked. It was hard to stay there in every respect.
2/10
The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and it smelled bad. It was filthy, and the staff showed no sense of responsibility. Worst room.
