FabHotel Deccan Heritage

The rooms were filthy and didn't look like the booking photos at all. No hot water early in the morning, either. The bathrooms were awful and not hygienic. I really wouldn't recommend this place.

Via Deccan Heritage Hotel fell short of even basic expectations. They didn't provide towels, soap, or other essentials, and the rooms seemed old and badly kept. The property also isn't maintained properly. The online photos are very misleading, and even local people seem to have a poor opinion of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

Reception staff were professional, but management really needs to improve and renovate the rooms. Some had a damp, musty smell, damp walls, and lights that didn't work. Our assigned room was decent, though not worth the price, and as a family of three we couldn't even get an extra pillow. It's about a 10 minute ride from Kachiguda station. There's a bar right next door, with a door leading into the hotel lobby. We booked online through Agoda. If you have another option, I'd choose a different hotel.

I went to check in and found a very dirty room, with dust on the table, a cockroach in the bathroom, and a bad smell. I cancelled and found another hotel. Fab hotel's app showed room photos that didn't match, and I still haven't received the refund I requested. Fab hotel management should check room conditions properly before putting them on the website. That would be better for the business and its customers.
