Fabhotel Jkc Grand

The reception staff spoke to us with no respect and were extremely rude and unprofessional. We booked for three people, but they wouldn't even give us a basic extra bedsheet. The hotel was dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained, with hair left in the wash basin. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. It's not suitable for families or anyone expecting even basic cleanliness and hospitality. I'd never recommend it.

The hotel is near the IT parks, but it was poor value for money. There's dirt everywhere, the rooms are old and badly maintained, and the bedbugs and cockroaches were a serious problem. The beds, towels, rooms, and linens were dirty. There's barely any ventilation, even during the day, so the lights have to be on. The geyser didn't work, and they refused to give me hot water. On my checkout day, they said they'd change my room, which makes it seem like they don't know who's arriving or leaving. The service was poor, and they really don't know how to treat customers.

We booked for three people, but despite asking again and again, they wouldn't give us bedsheets for the extra bed. The rooms were filthy, and there was hair all over the wash basin. They also didn't provide basic amenities. The reception staff were rude and arrogant, acting like they were doing us a favour. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This was the worst stay I've ever had, and the place is dirty, unhygienic, and not family-friendly. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Mr. Akbar really made my stay easier. He kindly helped carry my luggage and even brought me supplies, and he was very well behaved. The room and washroom were both in excellent shape, and it was easy to find food and travel arrangements nearby. The staff and caretakers were generous, supportive, and cooperative throughout. I had a wonderful stay at JKC Grand in Hyderabad and felt comfortable enough to sleep like a baby.
