New hotel, and the rooms were very neat and clean. I loved it.

There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, so you have to order food from outside. The rooms were just okay for a budget hotel, and mine smelled a bit. The bed linen and covers weren't clean, and there was no telephone in the room. My stay wasn't very good, and I expected better service from Fabhotel.

I had a good experience and the location was good too. They could provide a few basics, though, like soap, a toothpaste kit, and slippers.
