After a tiring journey, we reached the hotel and the receptionist told us they'd cancelled our booking, which we'd made through the Fab hotel app. I had to call Fab hotel customer care myself to get the issue sorted. I was very disappointed with the management. The room wasn't great either and was poorly maintained. It wasn't worth the price.

The rooms felt luxurious, and we had a very good stay. The hotel staff were polite. I'd recommend it to my friends and family.

We prepaid 1000 online to book, but they wouldn't return the money. The photos they sent didn't match each other at all. The room wasn't clean, and there was no bed, kitchen, or geyser. Then they asked for 5000 for two nights. Fraud, and not even somewhere I'd stay for free. Please don't stay here. Worst experience ever.

It's right in the heart of the city, with transport of all kinds easy to reach around the clock. The morning atmosphere was lovely. A great place to stay with family, friends, or on your own.

The room was clean and good, but the overall cleanliness could've been better. The phone didn't work for contacting reception, and there wasn't proper hot water.
