The reception felt cold, with no smile or welcome. When there was a question about occupancy, the only thing they asked was which room I was from. I wasn't staying for free, and the place isn't a Marriott. They also charged me 600 INR extra for early check-in. I've stayed at holiday inn, lemon tree, and novotel, and none charged an early check-in fee. Have some shame doing business this way. There was a two-way looking glass in each room door, which made me really uncomfortable. The service and room facilities were poor for the price. There was no in-room refrigerator, the TV had no paid channels, and the only toilet kit item was soap. Management didn't bother telling me breakfast was complimentary, and the only breakfast choices were idli and poori. The location gets chaotic in the morning and evening. All in all, staying here was a total waste of money.
