After I was leaving, the receptionist and a housekeeping staff member were waiting downstairs. They told me it wasn't my fault and apologized, which helped calm me down. They had seen the whole situation and can witness to what happened. I was on a business trip and had initially booked two days through a friend, then extended my stay. When I asked about adding four more days, I explained at reception that I was carrying cash because of my bank account situation and having traveled from Dubai after seven years. I said my friend would make the online booking soon after getting back from the office, since I understood online payment was required. The first receptionist agreed and told me to stay in my room until it was processed. About ten minutes later, Aniket RM came to my room. I explained again and showed him the cash, but he was rude and argumentative. Although I had already handed over my passport at check-in, he demanded my ID again. After I gave him my passport, he photographed it without asking or explaining why. I consider that a serious privacy and data security violation. His manner was confrontational throughout. From the way he spoke and acted, I strongly suspected he was under the influence of alcohol while working, which is unacceptable in hospitality. I was treated appallingly. Staff shouldn't harass paying guests or violate their privacy, and potentially coming to work intoxicated is unacceptable. He also said, “im the ower of the property i will what ever I want.” Team housr needs to take strict action against Aniket. I request a thorough, immediate investigation into Aniket RM's conduct, swift disciplinary action, and a formal written apology for this distressing experience. There was no power in my first room, and it took an hour of waiting to get it changed. They also didn't provide towels, bedsheets, or soap. A bad experience.

The staff were cooperative, and the manager was helpful. The location is good, close to the station, and the rooms were clean and maintained like the photos.

The room and service were fine while I was there, and issues were generally sorted out during the stay. Getting my security deposit back afterward has been a headache. It's been six months since I moved out, and after speaking with more than five managers, I'm still chasing my own money. They make excuses, then stop answering my calls and messages. They strictly require 30 days' notice before moving out or say they'll deduct from the deposit. The contract says refunds take 30-60 days, but they haven't followed that timeline. I'm exhausted from trying. If you care about your money, don't take the risk.
