Fabhotel Unnam

I was in Hyderabad for two weeks while searching for a permanent place after moving there. The staff were great, especially Mr. Shubhankar, who was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and requests were handled quickly. There was some loud noise from the restaurant next door on weekends, but I still thought the hotel was good value for money.

My first stay at Unnam, which is managed by FabzHotels, was just satisfactory overall. I was able to get a little comfort and hospitality during my three days there largely because of Mr Subhankar at the reception. I’m grateful for the care he showed in making sure I was comfortable.

I arrived at 13 in the morning, and the room looked clean and hygienic. The helpdesk person, Subhankar, was polite and helped me a lot. They were ready to serve even though it was an unusual time. The restaurant food was nice too, and I’d recommend staying here. For me, it was a good hotel.

My family and I returned after being out for about two hours to find our room door open. That’s a serious safety issue. I reported it right away, but management didn’t take it seriously or respond responsibly. The hotel’s maintenance was poor and it seemed badly managed. Calling customer care didn’t help. The representatives were impolite, transferred me repeatedly, and made me explain the same problem over and over without resolving it. I wouldn’t consider this suitable for families, especially if safety and basic service matter. My stay at FabHotel Unnam, Financial District, Hyderabad was extremely disappointing. I’d rate it 0.5 out of 5, below even one star.
