Fabhotel Vgr Comforts

Early check-in at about 6:30 AM was possible for an extra ₹500, and the staff were helpful about it. I enjoyed my stay at FabHotel VGR Comforts. The room was clean and maintained well, and the lift was working properly. There were a few minor geyser problems, but we managed without much trouble. Overall, a good experience, and I appreciate the team’s support.

For ₹7200, I booked four nights with breakfast at VGR Comforts Khairathabad for a senior citizen. I contacted them directly through the FabHotels website and spoke to Swikar, who promised an excellent room in the premium category. The stay fell far short. There was no TV, and we found insects in both the room and washroom, which was unacceptable, especially for an older guest. Housekeeping was very poor throughout all four days. The linen was never changed, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and basic hygiene wasn't maintained. Breakfast was just idly each day, with no variety or proper service. The quality didn't feel worth even ₹1,000 a day. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting cleanliness, decent service, or honest communication during booking.

We stayed for seven days, and the staff helped us with everything and made us feel like family. They were professional and friendly, and I really appreciated the service. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location is quite nice, roughly in the middle of the tourist attractions, and they can help arrange visits, food, and fares, so you don't have to worry about it. I'd recommend staying here.

The lift at FabHotel VGR Comforts didn't work during my stay from 17th to 19th October, so we had to climb to the 6th floor every time, including with luggage. The food service was also poor, with very few choices and taste, quality, and presentation all below what I'd expect from a reputed hotel chain. Staff came across as unprofessional and unhelpful, showing little courtesy or interest in fixing problems. Together, the food, unreliable facilities, and staff made for a very unpleasant stay. I won't return or recommend the property to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free visit. FabHotels should address these problems before it loses customer trust.
