Garden View Inn Gachibowli

The rooms were spacious and clean, the AC was good, and the location is very nice. We’ve been using this hotel regularly for 4 years, and I got the room at a good price, so I’m giving it 5 stars despite the things we had to remind staff about. We had a good stay overall, but as a frequent traveller I expected a bit more. There’s ample parking, and the staff were courteous and polite. They honored all my requests after I asked. The night shift manager and staff were especially helpful, and their smile while talking to us made my day. A few basics need attention. Linen should be in the room before guests arrive, without us having to ask. Water bottles or a jug should be available, and the AC should be checked before a room is given out. Soap and shampoo weren’t provided, and there should be at least two hangers in the wardrobe. A small ashtray in each room would help prevent guests from making a mess and asking for daily cleaning. There was no service boy available at night. Managers could call rooms once in a while to check whether guests need anything. I was fasting during Ramadan and was surprised there wasn’t a microwave in such a big hotel when we brought food from outside. Hope to see some changes next time. The location is really good, and I highly recommend staying here.
