Gokul Grand by OYO Rooms

The narrow staircases worried me, especially since every floor had a fire extinguisher sign but no actual equipment. There’s a huge dining hall, but the old man guarding it wouldn’t let anyone in and was rude. The receptionist who works mornings was pleasant and spoke gently, but the woman at reception didn’t know how to talk to customers and couldn’t keep her voice down. I believe she’s completed a hotel management course, but she lacked manners. When I arrived, there were no towels or soap, so I had to fetch them from reception myself. The room itself was comfortable and service was okay, though I ordered only once. You can walk to nearly everything nearby. There’s another OYO hotel in the same lane, and I think that one might have been better.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the service was good. Asif in particular took great care of us. Things were okay overall.

A good spot at a fair price, and the staff were really supportive.

The metro station is close by, the staff are friendly, and service was quick. It costs 1600 per day, from 11 am to 11 am, which felt affordable.
