The room had cockroaches and lizards, and the pillows, bedsheet, and towels were really dirty. Check whether the water bottles are sealed if you stay here. The TV didn’t work, and there’s no in-house kitchen. There was no food or breakfast, no light, no water, and no cleanliness. The lights go out at random, there’s no proper generator, and there’s no ventilation. I’ve attached pictures of their complementary breakfast. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen, nobody should choose it.
2/10
The manager was rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. He said he didn’t want customers like that. The maintenance is awful, and the people working there seem uneducated.
6/10
There doesn’t seem to be a set room rate. On my first visit they quoted one amount, then on the second visit they asked for more.
6/10
Even though I had booked ahead, I waited around 15-20 mins before I got the room.
4/10
The entrance is tidy, but they don’t provide room cleaning. I booked through Agoda with free breakfast, yet no breakfast was offered. At 11:45 pm they came asking for money even though I’d already paid. They also take your mobile and write a review of the hotel themselves.
