The rooms have a luxury feel, a great view, comfortable beds, and good upkeep. The washrooms are comfortable too, and the rooms come with a TV and AC. Staff speak gently.

After I’d paid in full through Agoda, the reception guy still asked me for money when I arrived to check in. The rooms were dirty, with no cleaning at all, and bedbugs and cockroaches were roaming around. The washroom was just as bad. Agoda helped get me moved to another room, but that one was terrible too. The service was disgusting, the rooms horrible, and the staff sickening. Worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

Our family went to Pista House Moosarambagh at about 11:00 PM on 09-March-2025 and asked for Biryani, which wasn’t available. They recommended Chicken 65 and Naan instead. Both were undercooked, far too salty, and tasted spoiled. Mr. Vishal, the Service Supervisor, dismissed our complaint, said the food was fine, and refused to replace or cancel it. We also asked to cancel the Tangidi Kebab because of the poor food, but he didn’t help. The Chicken Curry and Naan we were left with had been reheated and were salty and unappetizing. The food was inedible, and the bill came to ₹1111. I asked to speak to Mr. Shivaraj, the manager. He initially wouldn’t engage, and when he did come, he just handed me the bill and insisted I pay. He said nothing could be done after the food had been touched, then offered an inappropriate 10% discount that he said would come out of his own pocket. He took no responsibility and offered no meaningful resolution or compensation. Mr. Shivaraj and Mr. Vishal were unprofessional and dismissive, and the way they handled this was disrespectful. I’ve eaten at several Pista House locations before, but Moosarambagh was by far my worst experience. The food and service left me and my family very dissatisfied and distressed. The conduct of those two staff members reflects poorly on Pista House. I’m asking management to take serious action and refund the full ₹1111. I expect a prompt response explaining what will be done to prevent this happening again.
