H Square by OYO Rooms

Breakfast was a daily problem during my week here. It came late, from 8:30 a.m. onward, and there was nobody managing it. The utensils were usually wet, and each day something was missing, like bread or coffee. The hotel is right by Ring road, so it got noisy early, around 5 a.m., and sometimes at night. I had trouble sleeping on a few days. The staff were super polite and a pleasure to talk with, and the rooms were fairly good with a modern look.

We ordered four cups of sugar-free tea at 5 p.m., but they reached our room at 6:25 p.m. with the full amount of sugar added. We asked for one more tea, then waited another 45 minutes. When we checked, staff said the person had gone out to buy milk. There was no dental kit, so I had to buy one outside. Breakfast wasn't available, nobody was coordinating, and used plates covered the tables, leaving nowhere to sit in the restaurant. In Room 304, the AC didn't work and nobody listened to complaints. The service and behavior were very bad and unprofessional. Don't trust the room rating on the OYO app. Bad experience.

It's quiet, very clean, and has a good view. The staff are nice, and you can order food from outside, which is a big plus. Nagol metro station is very close, so getting around the city is easy. One of the best OYO townhouse hotels in the Nagol area.

The view from my room overlooking the metro rail was really nice. Nagole Metro is right across the road, and there are a few places to eat within walking distance toward Uppal circle. It's an OK option for travelers who need to stay around Uppal and don't have other choices. The bathrooms were in terrible condition and only got cleaned if you asked. They seemed short-staffed, which was understandable during the pandemic. As a rule of thumb, expect the service to match the hotel's star rating.
