Hiwa Boutique Hotel

The food was delicious and every guest was happy with it. We celebrated our son Bhargavram’s 1st Birthday on 19th April 2026 at Hiwa Boutique Hotel, Medipally, and it was a wonderful, memorable event. Mr. Balu Master Chef deserves special thanks for the excellent arrangements. He was friendly and looked after everything like a family member. The staff were supportive and responsible, handling the celebration as if it were their own family function. I strongly recommend Hiwa Boutique Hotel, Medipally for birthday celebrations or other special events. A great place to celebrate with delicious food and excellent service.

Our stay at Hiwa Boutique was one of my worst experiences. The service has gone downhill completely this year, though it may have been good last year. There was no hot water during the stay, and even though breakfast was included in our booking, nobody told us about it. Hotels usually mention that at check-in, but here they ignored it. We had booked double occupancy but were given only ONE towel, and staff refused to provide another, so we had to manage. They also didn’t provide a water bottle despite several requests. We asked for room cleaning for two days, but nobody came. Staff showed no response or responsibility. They clearly treat online guests differently, which felt extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend Hiwa Boutique to anyone. Save your money and avoid it, there are many hotels with much better service.

The rooms were better than I expected for the price, clean and kept in good shape, with nice amenities and toiletries. The restaurant is handy, and the food there is very good. Parking is tight, though roadside parking is an option. The main frustration was at reception. The staff seemed inexperienced, and the receptionist spent a lot of time on calls instead of helping guests. It also meant a long wait to pay restaurant bills. More attentive service would have made the stay much better.

Everyone was friendly and patient with our questions, and the hotel was clean and neat. We had a great time. The food was good quality, though the taste could be better.
