The hotel has a distinctive sci-fi style inside, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, with enough space. I stayed three nights. Service was good, and the food was delicious. Laundry was reasonably priced too. There wasn’t much of a view outside, and there’s no iron in the room, though reception can arrange one if you call. I’d recommend staying here.

I felt uncomfortable during my visit, and sometimes the way staff acted even made me feel unsafe. The reception staff in particular were very unprofessional and spoke harshly and rudely instead of treating customers respectfully. It was a really bad experience. Management needs to train staff in basic manners, communication, and respect for customers.

The food was very tasty, especially breakfast, and the customer service was good. Rooms were clean and neat, and the ambiance is cute. I’d say it’s a place you must visit 😊👍

Cafés, clubs, and pubs are all just a short walk or ride away, since Hotel B Plus L is right in the heart of the city. The place is well maintained, staff are available around the clock, and the room service dining was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and look forward to booking again soon.
