We went as a family and felt safe here. The staff were kind and helpful, even carrying our luggage, and the lift worked. The market area near the railway station is busy and bustling, with shops to eat at within walking distance. There are no meals at the hotel. Our room was clean and the hot and cold water supply was steady. AC and wifi were available, and soap and towels were provided. The window in our room wouldn’t open, though, and the toilet lid was broken. Still, it was a good experience.

Being able to walk to the railway station was a real plus, and the rooms were decent. But during our three days there, we got no room service or upkeep at all. The bins weren’t emptied, the floor wasn’t swept and the bedsheets weren’t changed. The location is great, but don’t count on maintenance during your stay.

A good family stay, with friendly staff and rooms that fit a budget. It’s in a superb spot, about 1 km from nampally railway station. charminar is 5 km away, golconda fort 9 km, and nehru zoological park 5 km.

Everything was close by and well connected, which made it easy to get around and explore. The hotel was clean, nice and well maintained, and my stay was very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

The staff were so rude. We booked the hotel online from 8 am to 10 pm, but they told us we had to check out earlier. That’s no way to treat people staying there.
