Hotel Loki's Forest Inn

I had to book at the last minute and arrived around 3am, but the staff were extremely helpful even then. The rooms were neat, and you could see the effort put into keeping them that way. They also sent actual room photos to reassure me about the quality. This was very good value compared with other places at the same price. I couldn't stay longer because every room was booked, so book ahead.

The maintenance was awful. Several fixtures were broken or barely worked, the heating and AC didn't work properly, and thin walls let in shouting and other noise from the hall and neighboring rooms, making it hard to rest. The room was in terrible shape and nowhere near the advertised standard. Floors were dirty, the bathroom was stained, and there was a bad smell throughout. The linens didn't feel fresh, and sleeping was uncomfortable. There were bed bugs, which I think were due to the old furniture, and visible blood stains everywhere. For what I paid, this was absolutely not worth it. I rarely leave a negative review, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel or return. Management needs to deal with the cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service.

The washroom was more like a storage room, with all the AC wires running through it, and it wasn't maintained properly. The bed and wardrobe design were awful, with dust caked all over them, and the walls had dirty marks. The property and room upkeep are pathetic. Couples and families should especially avoid this place.

It's near the highway, but I felt bad staying here for a second time. I paid over 10900 for five days, and when I arrived at 09 the staff charged another 800 Rs for early check-in, even though rooms were available. I'm a regular customer, and this is how they treat people. They moved me twice because there was no water or the taps weren't working. The wifi was terrible and didn't work at all during those five days. I stayed three days last month too, and they said they'd check it and upgrade the plan, but nothing changed. Breakfast was poor quality. I only ate it once in five days, and got just two idli and one sambar with no salt. The management really isn't proper. You're staying there for more than five days and they act like it means nothing. I can't recommend staying here.
