A friend booked this for our overnight stay after a wedding. It seems like a new hotel that isn't fully set up yet, since there was still some minor construction going on. The room was small and basic, though the bedding was comfortable. Toiletries were missing, including shampoo, handwash, and soap. When we asked, they gave us one small bar of soap and nothing else. There was only one towel, and they blamed a delay from the laundry vendor, even though two are usually provided. Service was poor. I think the staff were from out of state and didn't understand service; it was hard to find anyone, especially at reception during early checkout or late check-in. We didn't see a security guard either, which raised several red flags.

It's one of the best places to stay in the Pragathi area. The rooms are very clean and well kept, with great hygiene. Staff were polite, helpful, and provided excellent service. I'd recommend it to families and friends looking for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

At Hotel Navya Grand, the rooms were roomy, clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The polite, helpful staff made everything smooth from check-in through checkout. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone.
