The staff weren’t helpful, and it felt like they only cared about getting money. The bathroom was filthy, with a broken washbasin and a stained toilet. In the morning, water stopped coming through, apparently because the pipes were blocked. After we asked repeatedly for another room, they let us use a different room’s bathroom. There were three of us, and before long they were hurrying us out because another customer was coming, even though nearly all the rooms looked vacant. It made me wonder if the other rooms had problems too. Better to avoid this hotel.

The room smelled musty, and the staff were unpleasant. The bathroom stank, the jet spray didn’t work, and the toilet seat was missing. I stayed one night and won’t book an OYO again. I should’ve checked the room before paying.

The staff were all caring, and I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. For me, it’s the best place to stay in Hyderabad.
