At SV Residency, I found the room poorly maintained, with no geyser or clothes hangers. I paid ₹1200 for one day, but the facilities felt like they were worth ₹400 at most. It fell short of basic expectations, and this kind of service reflects badly on the OYO franchise name. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves things.

The tap was broken and there was no mirror in either the room or washroom. No wardrobe or clothes hangers either. Maintenance was poor, and there was no room service.

The bathroom had no door, the toilet was filthy, and the commode wasn't secured and moved around. The AC barely worked and nobody seemed to care about cleaning. When I asked for basics like soap, a towel, and a mirror for dressing, I was met with rudeness and confrontation. The front office man even tried to warn me and punch me. I felt unsafe and struggled to protect myself. I've never experienced customer service like this. Disgusting and frustrating.
