I stayed for four days. The price is too high for the room quality. Every bathroom exhaust fan makes a lot of noise, and some heaters take too long to warm the water. There’s no Wi-Fi, and they don’t serve lunch or dinner, they buy it from other hotel places. The man on duty at night was very rude and took advantage of the situation. There’s no bargaining, and they charge extra for card payments. Sometimes the water cuts off and we have to tell them it isn’t coming. Some night lamps don’t work.

The price shown in the app is different from what they quote in person. This kind of irritating business needs to stop, and they should welcome and serve customers properly. I don’t recommend it at all.

The receptionist’s behaviour was very rude, and that’s unacceptable. If service is poor, or the rooms and beds have problems, those things can be managed, but I can’t accept that kind of treatment. I raised a complaint with OYO and am waiting for action. I’ll take legal action over the humiliation and misbehaviour, and also against OYO for encouraging this.

The staff member spoke very rudely to me. I’d booked online, but when I arrived, he said he wouldn’t give me a room at the online price. He offered a room only on the condition that I cancel the online booking, and said he wouldn’t accept it otherwise. I did cancel it, after handing him my phone, and he cancelled it from the online page himself. This was the worst hotel service and staff. Please, don’t come here.
