Hotel Pearl Regency

The hotel is in busy Lakdikapul, and I'm not even sure it's still an OYO. After the previous guest left, I was told to wait 30 minutes for my room. Service was a sham from there: the receptionist was rude and acted like nothing could be done whenever I asked for help. The shower didn't work, no toiletries were provided, and the AC couldn't cool the room properly.

The rooms were okay, but over my three days nobody came to clean them. There were no towels, toiletries or water bottles, and I kept having to call reception for everything. The landline didn't work, though the AC did. They even get plates from outside because the hotel doesn't have its own. Improve your service if you're charging so much.

I checked out late in the evening today, but the GST bill showed tomorrow's date. They said the system used the next date because checkout time runs until tomorrow morning, which I've never seen at any hotel. The bill also didn't show check-in or checkout times, so the place didn't feel professional. During the stay, I had to remind them repeatedly just to get one towel each day, rooms weren't cleaned daily, and no water bottle was provided. If anyone can share management's contact details, that would be helpful.

The place has a nice ambience, and the food was okay, though we couldn't get the cold water many customers ask for. It's very close to the MMTS and metro railway station. OYO hotels have taken it over now, so hopefully they improve the service soon.
