The place is dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches and mosquitoes, and there’s water leaking in the bathroom. It’s an old hotel that hasn’t been maintained. The staff were rude and didn’t seem to care about customers or complaints. When I raised a few issues, all they said was, “Thank you.” A hotel with a negative five-star rating would be a red flag. Some people may manipulate reviews to make it look better, yet they might still charge more than the rate quoted at first.

The hotel is still under construction, and the rooms are dirty. There were lots of oil marks on the beds, nothing felt hygienic, and the hotel person insisted it was good. Completely fraudulent. Please don’t stay here. The hotels recommended by YOY aren’t good.

They overcharged us and there were no services at all. Don’t pick this hotel, even if they offer it for free. It deserves zero stars.

The beds smelled bad, and they only turned the same bedsheet over instead of changing it. There was no hot water or drinking water, the bathroom doors were broken, and the flushes didn’t work. The reception staff were very unprofessional and spoke to customers in a commanding way. The service was the worst I’ve ever had. They really need to improve how they treat customers. The room was dirty, especially the bedsheets and cover, and the bathroom wasn’t good. The fan was slow, too. At checkout they took extra money from us, even though we’d already paid the full amount at check-in. The owner and staff were very rude and seemed to be trying to scam or overcharge people. If you’re looking for a room, avoid this place. Worst experience.
