Please make sure the price is confirmed before booking. The receptionist charged 2800 for a room for three, although the entry register listed 1800. The staff were arrogant and unprofessional when we tried to sort it out, and the pricing didn’t seem transparent. The service and the way they handled the situation were poor. It was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The staff were very rude. At first they said the services were covered by the price we discussed, but when we asked for AC and drinking water, they wanted extra payment. A very bad experience. Please don’t visit.

For what I paid, this stay wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The room smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets were stained. Promised basics were missing or didn’t work. Staff were unresponsive and made excuses instead of fixing things. From arrival onward, the service felt unprofessional and far below expectations. I hope management takes serious steps to improve the standards.

On my first trip to Hyderabad I stayed here, and the restaurant food was awesome. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was really good, and all the staff were friendly. Service was great too. It’s budget friendly, and I’d suggest it to my friends.
