Hotel Shubham Celebrations

The billing rules felt badly handled. They offer member discounts and accept tokens, but only let you use one, which was frustrating. We arrived at 12:20 PM and had to wait 30 minutes. Once seated, we found almost half the menu unavailable, including Ulavacharu Biryani, Gongura Chicken Biryani, and even basic drinks such as Mango Colada. There weren’t any spoons or forks at the table, and the biryani was mediocre, not worth the wait. This was the worst experience I’ve had compared with other Shubham outlets. At Shubham Celebrations, Shapur, it wasn’t worth the time or money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It could easily ruin a special occasion.

That Paneer tikka I ordered yesterday tasted and smelled strongly of plastic. It was so disgusting I nearly threw up. Someone needs to inspect what this restaurant is cooking and the conditions they prepare it in.

Celebrating my daughter's first birthday at Shubham left us with a really good memory. I booked the hall for 250 people and lunch, and the team welcomed me warmly and patiently explained the services, answering all my little questions. Sumanth sir was especially kind about accommodating our requests. The menu was customized and the food tasted very good. It wasn't perfect and could still be improved, but the staff and management made the event a great one.

Forty-five minutes passed and my food still wasn't ready. Whenever I asked at the counter, they just kept saying it was coming. The staff were careless, and their response was that they'd hand it over if it was ready, otherwise they wouldn't. That's a waste of a customer's time. Worst experience and management.
