The rooms and washrooms were neat and clean, and Kacheguda station is within walking distance. There's a good market nearby and a very good temple close by too. At the restaurant, the food and service were excellent and prompt, with personal attention. Bhappi was especially good, and today's upma was lovely, kudos to the chef. The bell boys were cheerful and quick, and reception responded promptly.

Mr Bappi, the Resturant Incharge at Hotel Tourist Plaza, was very supportive and helped us however he could. The rooms were good, and the service and support from all the staff were great. Thanks a lot.

We had a really good time here, and the free breakfast buffet service was a pleasant surprise. The room for four cost us 8000/-. It was neat, and service was very good. The prices are a little expensive, but I felt it was worth it.

The dining experience was the highlight for us. The food was great, and the restaurant in charge and other staff took very good care of guests. They serve vegetarian food only. It's in a busy area but still practical, with Kacheguda railway station a short walk away and decent parking at the hotel. Rooms are decent for the price, and reception was courteous. When we found an AC problem after checking in late at night, they acknowledged it without getting defensive and moved us straight away. A practical utility hotel.

We came to Hyderabad on vacation, but one of our members had medical issues and had to be admitted to hospital. In an unfamiliar place, manager Mr Arun helped us in every possible way and made us feel at home. He felt like an angel sent by God. The rooms were great, and all the staff gave great service, support, and cooperation. Thanks a lot.
