On March 7, 2026, I slipped and fell on a wet floor at the Hyatt Hotel. There were no warning signs or caution boards to alert guests, so this safety issue could easily have been prevented. Hotels should put basic wet-floor signs in place. The lack of signage or staff guidance points to poor safety management. I hope management takes this seriously so it doesn’t happen to other guests.

The lighting controls didn’t all work as expected, and the room didn’t feel welcoming or comfortable. It was also quite small for its design. The television and other gadgets seemed old, and the TV was maybe a 24-inch screen.

Parking wasn’t a problem, and valet service was available. The place felt kind of busy, and the food had nothing especially distinctive. Service was acceptable for people around Hitech City/Gachibowli, but booking based on the name alone isn’t worth it. As expected, the services are expensive, and the service for the price could use some improvement.

I was there for two weeks. The rooms are boxy, but the property has plenty of green space and the service makes up for that. They go out of their way to accommodate guest preferences, from the staff and meals to the wide range of things a guest might ask for. Special mention to Raja from cleaning, who was brilliant at his job. It was good having him here.

Raja from housekeeping took great care of everything I needed, and my room was cleaned really well. I’m looking forward to staying here again and getting that five-star service.
