The room smelled bad and there was no hot water. Management also kept me waiting an hour to check in because of a problem with oyo. They took my phone under the pretense that they would check me out, then posted their own rating. The worst management. I recommend staying away from this hotel indu, which gives OYO a bad name.
The tariff varies, and check-in and check-out are from 12 to 11. They said they’d email the bill, but even after three reminders to the hotel team, I still haven’t received it. It’s a nice hotel, clubbed with Oyo team.
Inside the room I was playing kabadi with COCKROACHES. It was very unhygienic, and the room looked like it hadn’t been painted for years. The app showed a completely different place, and although I booked a MASTERBED, I got a TWINBED. OYO CUSTOMER SUPPORT was terrible too: they put me on hold, disconnected, then said a technical issue stopped them from reaching me. Great OYO, your employees are well trained in cheating customers.
The rooms don’t have a rich look, and the lift wasn’t working. Since there’s a BAR, I’d say this is more suited to bachelors than families. If you’re after a bachelor party, you can try it and enjoy.
The rooms are a decent size, but maintenance could be better. They’re on the 3rd and 4th floors, with reception on the 3rd. There’s a restaurant in the building, along with chocolate room and Dominos, and the food tasted good. The hotel management was very helpful and gave me a mobile charger.
