The sewage smell in the small room was disgusting. I don't mind a small room, but this was hard to tolerate. The bathroom seemed stuck in the 90s: the toilet flush didn't work, the faucet had no pressure, and there was no usable shower because of that. A towel left in the room was white but covered in fungus. They said they'd bring towels at night, which didn't help for a morning shower. The room and its furniture were old, with broken pieces. The sheets were filthy, worn, and had cigarette holes. The pillows had old drool marks, and they didn't change the pillow or cover. There was no electric kettle, and staff refused to give us cups for anything. When I asked for hot water, the response was arrogant, and I had no way to drink it. Staff were careless, with what I can only describe as a cat-like attitude. I had to book in an emergency and had no other option. The place gave me the impression that someone could hide there without proper ID and not attract suspicion. I wouldn't recommend it.

For the 1,600 rupees we paid, this felt more like a 800 to 1,000 rupee hotel. The rooms are small and just okay, the toilets aren't well kept, and the staff's manners could improve. Housekeeping and basic supplies like proper soap were lacking. There weren't even glasses, plates, or spoons, so if we ordered food from outside, we had to buy those things ourselves. They need to improve the facilities if they want to charge that much.

I couldn't sleep because traffic noise continued through the night. The blankets and sheets were dirty, and they don't even give you a free bottle of water. This wasn't worth 1,600.

We lost a reservation for five rooms for five days after just five minutes of pointless discussion with the second-shift substitute manager. He seemed a little drunk, and was rude and arrogant. I had to call your other manager, Mr. SINGH, who promptly refunded us and apologized for the substitute's attitude. Even the hotel staff said they were fed up with that Oldman's behavior.
