Lemon Tree Hotel Banjara Hills

The team was exceptionally helpful and happy to handle requests, from bringing a Zomato delivery to the room to getting laundry done on time. They also helped with in-room dining at odd hours and suggested food to suit our needs. Since my last visit, part of the property has been renovated, and the newer rooms feel modern, warm and cozy. The overall stay was very comfortable, though the bathrooms and amenities could use some improvement. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, uneventful stay, especially for business travellers.

We stayed for two nights and found the service prompt, with warm, courteous and professional staff. The property sits in Banjara Hills by the inner Ring Road, and we had a pleasant stay at this Lemon Tree. Our studio-style room had a drawing room and a bedroom, with excellent cleanliness, nice decor, basic amenities and plenty of charging points. The wide bathroom was neat and had all the required toiletries. The rectangular corridor around a central void gives a breathtaking view of the reception. There’s a small gym and a small restaurant serving buffet breakfast, but no swimming pool, spa or travel desk. The breakfast spread wasn’t up to the mark compared with other Lemon Tree properties, and they should add more items. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here in Hyderabad.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the location worked very well for us because we were visiting AIG Hospital in Banjara Hills nearby. Dinner at the restaurant was a bad experience, but we appreciated that the hotel didn’t charge us for it. Overall, the stay was good, and we hope the service improves in future.

The staff were courteous and helpful. My room was kept well, though it was comparatively small, so that wasn’t much of a fuss. The bigger problem was the room next door. I could hear everything they were saying, and they were loud enough to keep me awake. It seems the rooms aren’t soundproof.
