New Hotel Suhail Hotel

The staff were a real highlight, from the warm welcome at reception to the polite, helpful service throughout. The rooms were clean and well kept, and hygiene overall was impressive. Everything ran smoothly during our stay. We had a wonderful time at New Hotel Suhail, Hyderabad. Its location near major tourist attractions made getting around convenient. The buffet costs ₹300 per person and offers unlimited food with a live station, which is great value. The peaceful, family friendly atmosphere was another plus for us, since alcohol isn’t allowed. Hot water was available, though it could be a little better. A microwave and mini fridge in the room would also help. Still, it was a 9.5/10 experience. I’d recommend it to families and others visiting Hyderabad.

It's near Old Town, and although the area is crowded, the hotel itself is quiet. ATMs, shops and restaurants are close by. The staff are helpful, the service is good, and breakfast has a variety of options. There’s also a nearby cafe with western food. As a solo traveler, I’d recommend it to others traveling alone. The cafe was a handy feature, and getting to the major tourist places was easy. I found the rooms clean, comfortable and relaxing. The food was especially good, better than I expected. Staff were welcoming and very polite, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

I appreciate New Hotel Suhail's reply to my feedback, but I have to disagree that my concerns fall outside their standards. My stay was genuinely disappointing. Getting around was difficult because the street is narrow, so taxis and autos struggled to reach the hotel. Guests may have to walk and pay extra to persuade drivers to come closer. The room was unhygienic, with dirt, dust and hair visible in the corners. When we moved the pillows and sheets, we found more dirt. There were spiders and insects, and some bit my children and me. Most staff seemed unresponsive, as though basic service were a favor. Even after repeated requests, water bottles and cleaning took an unreasonable amount of time. At reception, staff argued instead of handling our concerns professionally. I recognize the hotel says it maintains high standards, but my experience showed problems with hygiene, service and access. I strongly advise management to take these issues seriously because they affect its reputation and guest satisfaction. Thank you for your time.
