The layout is clever, with a kitchen joined to the room and a glass bathroom wall that you can cover with a curtain. There was a mini fridge, oven, TV, cupboards, and the staff were attentive when I had questions. The residential area is calm, around 3-4 minutes from Kondapur. Cleanliness needs more attention. The glass wall and bathroom both need better upkeep. If they sort that out, this could be the top budget OYO in the city.

It's a friendly, homely place, away from the city's hustle and bustle. I had a great stay and would like to come back.
10/10
The rooms felt lavish, the prices were reasonable, and the service was friendly. Oyo 1120 apartment is a lovely place to relax or spend time with friends and family. I enjoyed it and would visit again.
2/10
The owner was arrogant, and the staff weren't helpful either. I stayed for two days with my family, and the location was poor. They don't have their own kitchen, and the breakfast came from a local hotel. We weren't offered tea or coffee, or even complimentary packaged drinking water. They showed us a kitchen but wouldn't let us use it until we'd had a heated discussion. When we asked for packed breakfast for an early checkout, they argued and refused. They claim to be a three-star hotel, but the facilities didn't feel like that at all. It was a terrible place to stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious and had all the amenities, including an oven and freezer.
