OYO 11670 Hotel Vishnu Priya Residency

The receptionist's way of speaking was really unsatisfactory, and they hadn't prepared the room even though I booked and arrived at 11 pm. I was told it would be room 104, but got 107, which they were still cleaning at that hour. The fan wasn't working properly either. They quoted 1000 per day when I booked at 11 pm. In the morning they said I'd stayed more than 12 hours, so it was 2000 per day. They didn't stick to what they'd promised, and finally charged 1600 without compromising further. A very bad experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves things for future guests. Please speak properly to customers coming for a meeting trip, and don't make their stay another headache.

I had booked the room in the afternoon, but when I arrived around midnight there wasn't one ready. The room I was given smelled of cigarettes and was filthy, with hair and cigarette ash on the bed, food waste in the wash basin, and dust everywhere. I didn't expect this from OYO rooms. After I complained, they cleaned another room and moved me there. That bed had hair strands on it too, laid out almost like rose petals.

There are general stores, fruit stalls, an ATM and nearby hotels around here. The hotel itself is on a busy main road near a bridge, about 750 m from LB Nagar Metro station. Rooms start on the first floor, above a bakery on the ground floor, and there's a lift. A/C and a water heater are available. Breakfast is complimentary for overnight stays, otherwise there's a charge. You'll need to buy your own water. Book through OYO.

Don't choose this Vishnu Priya. Our room was in terrible condition, with cigarettes in the washroom and ash on the bed. The floor was bad too, and people were asking us to give a good rating. Worst hotel in L B Nagar, and a terrible experience.
