This is a very affordable option in a good spot, with shops and several IT companies nearby. The setup feels like a service apartment: three bedrooms share a living room and a kitchen with basic utensils, and each room has its own bathroom. The rooms have AC, a TV, WiFi, comfortable beds, and large cupboards. WiFi is available by floor and the speed was good. Staff clean daily, and Rahul, who manages the property, is efficient. They serve breakfast but not other meals, though you can order food from outside. The generator is handy too. The TV wasn't working because the owner hadn't renewed the dish service. For a short stay in Hyderabad, it's a good choice.

It's near a small market and is often used by people going to the IBS Institue's SELECTION PROCESS, since it's close to IBS. The room is okay for the price, and there's WiFi, a fridge, oven, and gas if you want to cook. The food here tastes very bad, so you'll need to order through swiggy or zomato. For me, it's just okay overall.

It feels more like a furnished home than a hotel, with AC, a living room, dining table, and kitchen. There are two room sizes: the smaller one is fine for a couple, while the larger one suits a family better. I'd try to get the bigger room. Seems like a very good place for families and couples.

They told us only after we reached the hotel that online payment wasn't accepted, and I lost 3000 by booking here. It felt very much like cheating. The service was the worst I've experienced. Please read this before you book, and I strongly recommend staying away.

I was only there at night, but I still noticed that the staff weren't welcoming, and the rooms weren't spacious. Both need improvement. Also, don't rely on Google Maps to find the entrance. Ask someone local instead: it's at Jayaberi 4 seasons, opposite karachi Bakery, away from where the map showed.
