It's been turned into a PG. The staff handling the day-to-day work are friendly, but the person running it seems focused on money and doesn't care much about the tenants.

It's a PG now and no longer with Oyo. The maintenance is very poor, and they haven't provided the amenities they promised.

This has been converted into a PG from Oyo. The interiors are very poor.
