The room lock was damaged, and at 11:20 pm my three-year-old got locked inside. They didn't have a spare key. My child was screaming, and it took an hour before they managed to pull the key off the ring and throw it down. We barely slept the rest of the night. The room was filthy, had cockroaches, no water, and a broken AC. They charged 2000 for just six hours. Such a terrible experience. I wouldn't stay here again.

We paid 1800 for a room with no internet and no TV cable. They didn't bring toiletries when asked. After I kept following up, it took an hour to get a single bar of soap. Disgusting stay.

The bathroom had no water all night, the room smelled foul, and the commode seat was broken. The hotel and staff were awful. Wouldn't recommend it.

There was dust everywhere and a bad smell in the room. The sheets and pillowcases looked filthy, like they hadn't been washed in ages. The rooms are badly kept and unhygienic. I wouldn't tell anyone to book here.

The main thing this place has going for it is how easy it is to get to other parts of the city. If you have more places to choose from, that's probably better. It wasn't especially great.
